Mountain fleece kids pants
I found these pants on a search for something that would fit my tall skinny son. Not only do they fit him great, they wear well also. The adjustable waist is excellent if you need a tighter waist with some length in the leg. They are warm and super comfortable and my son has worn them doing all sorts of outdoor activities. They hold up very well. They are the only pants I buy for my super active kid.

Only fault is the fit…..it’s weird on all my kids
Just got these and they seem super warm. However, the fit on all three of my kids is just weird. The waist goes all the way up past their belly button and is really Pucci in the stomach area. For my seven-year-old. I ordered a 6X7, he is a small kiddo. It seem to fit my youngest the best. My nine and 11-year-old who are about the same size both fit in the 10. However the sizing chart is also off. My son who measured as a size 16 with his waist measurement is actually a size 10. However, even with the size 10 the waist , height and amount of fabric in the stomach area is just off.

HUGE disappointment
I hate to write this because my son LOVEs there, bought in Feb and its the end of March and there are holes in the seat! They havent worn well as all. they were expensive, i bought a size too big so he would have them next year but they have hardly last 2 months. So disappointing. i couldnt recommend them for that reason. probably cheaper fabric than i would expect. Not durable. My kids doesnt generally have whole in his pants,( my younger son YES but not my eldest!)

Favorite Pants for Cool Weather
My daughter is 4' tall and 47 lbs. These fit well length-wise and are slightly loose (but fine with the drawstring). These are her favorite pants to wear to school on days when it's in the upper 30s in the morning but 60 degrees in the afternoon. She's asked me to buy more.

Comfortable and warm, but seam burst
My son really likes the pants, enough that I bought a 2nd in blue after the first in black. However, the crotch seam on the first pair burst open after less than a month of occasional wear. So far the second pair have not had a similar issue.

Groovy pants
Great for chilly days. This is our 3rd pair and they are in the weekly mix for school & play. Boot zipper can be uncomfortable for kids who play/learn on the floor a lot. Very durable and better than sweatpants in the wind.

Pill terribly
At first I and my son loved it so much. Comfortable and warm. However after just one week now it pills terribly. Too low quality for the price. Tried to share the photo of the pants but it was bot possible.
Now I have to start to find a nice winter pants for my son again.

Soft and durable
My kids lived in these for years. Suddenly picky he's decided he can't tolerate the zippers at the ankles. But don't let his whim decide for you- the zippers are small in width and well padded. Otherwise, he loved these and I did too. They wash well, don't pill, don't shrink, and look nice. For a kid that destroys other pants within a week these were a perfect choice- they're really hard to tear and have a sporty but not sloppy look. Now if only I can convince him that the subtle zippers aren't evil. Good luck moms!

Perfect fit, style and comfort
These sweatpants fit perfectly. I tried on several other pair from the women's department and they were all too big. On a whim, I tried this pair from the kids department. Perfect! I rated these a 5 star though i bought size 10 and it turns out they are currently too big for our 9 year old grandson. He is very thin so i think it may be a year before he can wear them and have them fit. LLBean clothing is usually well-made and washes well. It was my mistake at sizing.

My 6 almost 7 yr old grandson is very picky about how his pants should feel. They have to be soft. He has to be able to run as fast as sonic! And they need to be “sonic” blue. He said these are perfect!
