Cute raincoat

Fabrication change
I bought this to replace a smaller size my grandson outgrew..it was on backorder since December. I finally just received it in March. The original one had a light flannel lining, the replacement has no lining. The material is now like old style raincoats. The styling and material colors are identical to his original jacket, which is what I thought I was buying. Same price, cheaper quality....disappointed.
