Great pants, leg pocket moved to a bad place
I think I must have five pairs of Rivertons, both lined and unlined. With every version, the best feature for me, which is the pocket on the leg where I keep my phone, has moved or changed. Some versions have zippers, some velcro, and the latest has moved it from the right leg in front, to the left leg, behind the leg. Behind the left leg location means it is not convenient for right handers (which most of us are), and you are also sitting on the pocket, which isn't good for the contents (like a phone), or for your leg which has this hard thing underneath it. Please move it back to the right leg, in front, and put a zipper or velcro to keep it closed. The rest of the pants are durable, warm when lined, and overall terrific. It would also be great if it were available in a 28" inseam or could be customized to this length.

Changed for the worse
These pants were my favorite for working outdoors in the winter and my current two pair are both wearing out. I ordered these and they are not the same. They don't have the two extra pockets on each leg, which I use for my phone and pocket knife. Also, the fabric is different in a bad way. I'm currently searching ebay for the originals.

Low Rider pants
I don't know if the pair I received were irregular, but the waist band to crotch span is too short. I was giving myself a wedgie trying to pull them up. These pants hang so low on my hips that they don't feel secure. It's like they should be categorized as low rider style pants. I'm quite disappointed. The in-seam length was fine, though. The pants themselves look well constructed. I do like the extra pockets. Unfortunately, I can't wear them.
