Best shoes I’ve ever owned!
I wore holes in my old cheap shoes and decided to go for quality. These shoes are the best investment I’ve made in a long while.

Sturdy, comfortable with a classic design
The Eco Bay sneaker is sturdy yet comfortable. The style is timeless and will be fashionable for years to come. I have the same style shoe from L.L.Bean in brown suede that is around 10 years old and still looks good-- a testament to L.L. Bean's dedication to quality.

Excellent Shoe. High quality, looks and feels great. Plus it doesn’t have the LLBean logo plastered all over it. Better shoe than POLO for less money. Great price/value. Definitely would recommend.

Leather Keds-like Sneaker
Missing the contrasting toe cap (nice!), but otherwise a low cut sneaker with a presumably durable hard rubber sole. To compensate, the inner sole is thick and adds cushioning. For me the advantage is after removing there’s plenty of room for orthotic insoles. Unfortunately both brands of orthotics I own squeaked against the synthetic shoe bottom. Fabric softener sheets between the orthotics and shoe bottom took care of that. I guess not enough of us use orthotics to be worth the cost of a squeak free design. I walk 4 to 8 miles most days and these sneakers do the job without looking objectionable in a decent restaurant afterwards.

Very satisfied.
I like the look of the shoe. Plus the fit is ample with no restrictions. Level of heal to ball of the foot is good with no resulting back pain.Would buy again..

Good looks. Flat, thin, non-removable insoles
The quality of the leather is good and they generally look good. The biggest problem is that the insole is very thin and very flat (it cannot be removed). Once I put in my own insole inserts, these shoes were much more comfortable. Be sure to size up a half size if you are going to do this.

Comfortable built Bulky
These shoes are fairly comfortable and the quality is pretty good for the price point. However, they are rather bulky and have that orthopedic dad sneaker look to them. I’m a dad in his 40s so I avoid dressing to look 20 years older. I also have a large foot (size 13) so it just amplifies the bulkiness of the sneaker. These are going back. But someone younger with a smaller foot could totally pull these off in style and comfort. I typically wear a 13 in athletic sneakers. But can sometimes size down. I got these in a 13 and they were a comfortable size. A 12 would have fit snugly.
