Favorite Cool Weather Shirt
I've been buying these Signature Chamois shirts for years. Like the thicker flannel, large buttons, and trim fit. I normally buy size small shirts if from LLB. These shirts are somewhat shorter and seem to be intended as untucked shirts. I usually buy the tall size as in cold weather I want a tucked in shirt. LLB appears to have discontinued the small tall size option, but when I saw they still had some small/tall in the "foggy blue" color pattern I purchased one, and am very glad I did.
I strongly recommend this pattern shirt or the similar plain Signature chamois shirts

Great shirt
Love this shirt. It is dense, soft, and warm. I purchased it a size larger so that it fits loosely, providing extra comfort. My only point of feedback is that it doesn’t have a loop by the tag to hang it on a hook.

Losing the faith from
Very disappointed
The shirt pilled after the first washing. I have several LL Bean chamois cloth shirts that are over 5 years old that have never pilled.

These are great but there's a caveat
I find these to be slightly warmer and of better quality than the traditional chamois shirt.
However with this slim fitting it is not forgiving.
I am typically a large in a traditional fit, with this styling and sizing I am an extra large and it fits perfectly.
Sleeves are a little long but I roll up the cuff otherwise it fits perfect in the waist and the chest.
If you have any kind of belly or you carry your weight and your midsection this style and cut is not going to work for you.
