High mid rise ugh
I didn’t like the new mid rise so called favorite fit. The waist was about 3/4” higher. Not like the perfect favorite fit in other pants. Also the cargo pocket bottom was below knees I wear a belt with pruner case and put the pruners up under my armpit. Just have to stick with canvas cargos.

Very comfortable pants - run large
This is my first pair of LL Beam pants so I was unsure what size to order. I generally wear size 4-6 so ordered the size 6 wanting to make sure they were a little baggie. The fit was perfect right out of the bag. I washed them in cold and dried on low and didn’t notice any shrinkage. They stretched out soooo much after wearing them for a couple of hours and seemed to stretch out even more the second time that I wore them. I wish I had returned for a smaller size. They are super soft and comfortable and I will wear them for doing work around the house. I ordered s second pair in a size 4 and an am happier with those although I wonder if I could even have gone down to a size 2. For reference, I’m 5’6 and about 135lbs. The regular length was perfect for me.
