A good buy for travel
I bought these pants for long haul travel. They are lightweight, loose, soft and comfortable. The feature I like the most is that the cargo pockets use snaps instead of velcro. I haven't yet figured out how quickly they line dry after washing, which is a common travel scenario for me.

These are comfortable to wear. I wanted pants with lots of pockets that were less heavy than jeans. They should be good for when the weather is warmer. I like the dark grey color.

These pants are great for work. The side leg pocket makes it easy to stow my cell phone. They are lighter weight than jeans, which is better for summer. The color is described as grey but they are more a brownish grey.

The fabric of these pants has the greatest texture. A little lightweight for winter wear, but they will be great for spring, summer, and fall. I also intend to wear them for travel. They look nicer for travel.

Love them! I love that LL Bean has a "medium tall" option available. The length is perfect. These pants are comfortable but not so stretchy you feel like you are wearing someone else's clothes after a few hours. Flattering and the weight is just right for late fall.

Way too small
I am usually a size 8, but bought a size 10 for roominess and when I looked at the pants, they looked like a size 4. Could not even out them on all the way. I was a loyal customer of LL Bean for years, but the quality/sizing has gone way down in the last year, and I will probably not shop here anymore.

I really like these pants, but the sizing and amount of stretch is a bit problematic. I am 5' 7" and 150 lbs. My all time favorite jeans are the LL Bean Women's BeanFlex® Jeans in size 12. I originally ordered these pants in size 10 because the other reviews noted that they ran large. The size 10 stretched out so much after about 1 hour that they were ridiculously baggy. I returned them for the size 8 which is snug when I first put them on, but fits perfectly after about 30 minutes. The cargo pockets are big enough for a iPhone 14 Pro.
