Great looking boot
The soles are glued on and do not last. My uppers looked new but the soles fell of.

Not the same boots
Have Cresta Boots NEW IN BOX purchased 11/24 and just opened 6/26 shipment. While I am not sure which pair is better I noticed these may both be Cresta boots there are NOT the same boot. Leather on 2026 boots looks cheaper and boots are seem less well made. 2024 boots were made in Romania and 2026 boots were made in Vietnam. Current boots only have flat laces not the two different laces in past Cresta. Some time the cheapest bidder is not the best. In the past Cresta boots were made in Italy and lasted much longer. 1 year guarantee seems too short for boots this expensive. Been a very long term Cresta buyer and hoping for the best but think LL Bean should note that boots changed, and I would bet it was a cost saving for LL Bean but price did not go down

Although I have only worn these hiking boots in my house so far they fit like a glove and feel great!
