Warm, but a bit of a challenge to put on.
These are warm and essentially windproof. However the lining is only attached at the waist and cuff, so it tends to gather at your foot when placing it in the leg of the pants. I have had to reach into the leg from the bottom to guide my foot out. It's a minor inconvenience, but it could be better sewn into the pant leg.

Fine jeans

Loose fleece liner.
The liner comes out the bottom leg when putting on, needing to adjust fit. They fit and feel great after that, my other lined pants don’t do that.
