Nice Jean
I usually buy a size 4 in jeans. These jeans are nice. I tried a size 4 and the was too tight. Reordered a size 6 petite and the waist was too big. Sent back. I would actually have to try these jeans on in their store to get a good fit. There is no store around here.

Great jeans, but Bean has a quality control issue
I bought a pair of these jeans a year or so ago, and--other than needing slight hemming (the petite is too short for heels, the medium is too long), they were perfect. So I bought a second pair in the same size and I couldn't even get them on. This year, I decided to try again. I ordered in my regular size, and the jeans fit perfectly (other than the hem). However, it's obvious that this pair is going to be more prone to bag at the knees. Something is very wrong with LL Bean quality control, at least regarding these jeans.

Nice winter-weight jeans!
These are the best fitting jeans I can find - and I’ve done a lot of searching! For me, they could be a bit more fitted around the waist; a belt holds them in place.

Pants fit perfectly until I had to button the waist. It was soooo small. I can’t even imagine what type of body they were considering when these pants were made.

Pretty Nice Jeans
I have been buying these jeans for years. They have always fit well and kept their shape. The latest pairs seem larger, stretchier, and longer, so I read the labels closely. Sure enough, the fabric has changed. They are not 93% cotton, as listed above in the description; they are 91% cotton and 7% polyester plus the same 2% elastane. This pair is the rinsed denim, not the colors. The new fabric doesn't hold its shape as firmly as the previous fabric. I liked the old fabric better, but in any case, LLBean needs to update their description of the fabric to make it accurate.

Great Jeans
These jeans are a good quality and retain their shape well. The stretch goes back to the original shape so that the jeans do not get baggy and too loose at the waist. There are no faded spots in the jeans so they remain dressy. The fit is wonderful.
