Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great jacket; not-so-great zipper Bought this for my son, who has worn it skiing multiple times, and wears it to school every day. He says it's warm (and we've had a brutally cold winter up here in New England). It has held up very well, and looks great after a run through the washing machine. His only complaint is that the zipper is sub-par for an LL Bean jacket. He is 6'1" and the medium tall fits him perfectly in terms of sleeve length and the length of the torso.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty coat very warm It is a nice coat but runs a little small. For example, if you’re a medium, you should buy at large.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from exceeded expectations I saw this coat last year and didn't buy it... this year I was worried might be my last shot in the color I wanted to I finally pulled the trigger on it. Quality is top tier, I love the look and fit of it, and im glad we got real snow this past season so i was able to fully enjoy it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 5'10"/165 lbs. Purchased the size large, and it fits great. Tried the medium also but too tight. Good for Northern Virginia winter, warm but not too heavy. Like all the pockets. Will wear skiing and dog walking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great performance and value This was all it was described. Great quality, good fit and very warm. Lots of pockets. Performs really well in the cold and wind. The only down-sides are the main zipper tab seems a bit undersized for a ski jacket. A little difficult to get the zipper started with gloves on. The hood takes some fiddling to get the drawstrings and the wire frame to fit your head. Well worth the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Letter to LL bean Took it to the mountain for first ski trip and was stress testing this jacket to the max! Held up under whiteout conditions and sub zero temps with ease. Paired with the bobcat bib, merino wool base layers, wool socks, ski gloves, and skull cap, my whole day was perfect. Thank you L.L. Bean
