Rated 5 out of 5 by BeanFamilyOregon from Gasped when I put the first shoe on! Wicked good, indeed. I have never had any shoe feel the way this one did when I first slipped it on my foot. Mind you, I have wide feet. I was worried they would not fit. But the shoes furry lining knew right where to go to make the shoe fit my foot perfectly. I have decided to NEVER take my new buddies off my feet for anything or anybody--just to bathe and sleep in bed. I signed on to buy one more pair in the event Bean goofs up and decides not to make these wicked good clogs available next year. Long grocery store isles, here I come! And am I wearing house shoes outside? No, they are fancy, wicked good clogs! Smiles.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Pawpower from Bummed I purchased these slippers after Christmas last year because I knew LLBean would offer great products. When they arrived, I fell in love with them. They were large but wearing with a pair of socks helped them to feel more snug. They were so warm and comfy that I wore them often. I began to notice the shearling was matting down by the time it was warming up so I put them up. I've been wearing them this season for 6 weeks and am dismayed that the shearling has become bare spots. It is very uncomfortable when wearing them with bare feet so socks are a must. Thankfully, I haven't developed a hole in the toe! I sure expected better quality from LLBean.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ursuline from Wicked Good cork clog slippers Friends have had these slippers from many years ago and praised them highly. I finally I took the plunge to buy your expensive slipper which arrived last Friday, looks very good, fleece warm and cosy but too difficult to walk in as sole inflexible and toes pushed down. I thought I was going to fall over. I tried for three days and at last said no, for $69 they should be comfortable and at that price they should have been made in USA. I wish you would have your staff try out these slippers from the same Chinese factory as mine came from. There is a major problem here! And thinking LLBean used to be good but rather disillusioned now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by adamske from Favourite slippers ever! I am ordering my 4th pair of these slippers. They are my absolute favourite. I put them on as soon as I get home from work. Sometimes I forget to take them off when leaving the house, fortunately, they also look perfectly acceptable for a trip to the grocery or dropping the kids off at sports. They keep my feet toasty warm all winter. After about 2-3 years, I wear out the inside, (I tend to wear them barefoot) and at that point they become my summer slippers. I have included a photo, in case someone is curious about what these might look like with daily wear. I have flat feet and these provide great support and stability. Please don't ever stop carrying these!

Rated 1 out of 5 by DevilMayCare from Extremely poor quality this time I've been wearing these slippers for years and after wearing out my second pair I ordered this pair. I was shocked at how thin and flimsy the leather was. The fleece was thick but the leather is very poor quality. These have always been great slippers but not any more. I'm returning them and I'll have to shop elsewhere to find better quality. I tried dozens of nicknames and word combinations to get a nickname that hadn't been used before finding something it would accept so I could post this review because the unique one I always use had already been used by someone else (ME!). That's one way to discourage people from posting reviews.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rascalstar from Used to be best slippers on the planet .... These used to be the best slippers on the planet, and I was dismayed when Bean didn't carry them for a time. I couldn't find anything as supportive and comfortable, no matter the price. Now I have a second pair and agree with other reviewers over quality of the interior of the slipper. It's not what it was, but I'll order another pair hoping that Bean relays this to the manufacturer and the slipper gets improved. The sheepskin inside lasted longer in the old ones. These slippers are good for problem feet that need arch support and for plantar fasciitis to a point. The toe is shaped to the foot, unlike other brands. The old slippers made me say "Ahhhhh" when I put them on.

Rated 4 out of 5 by ReviewerIam from Not what they used to be.... My favorite slippers and I first ordered these years ago. When my first pair finally got tired after many years, I ordered the same slippers only to find out that the product is not the same. The interior is not nearly as thick and after wearing these for several months, they already have some bear spots on the foot-bed. The support and comfort are still there but the materials just don't seem to be the same quality of the ones I originally had. I still like them very much but was disappointed that the quality has gone down. I hope LLBean will do a quality check and have the manufacturer improve the materials used. I still love the slippers and will continue to enjoy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by ColdFeet from Wish I had returned them I had high hopes for these slippers because they looked so comfortable in the photo. I kept wearing them even after the tightness and heaviness of the slippers started bothering my feet, hoping they will eventually stretch a bit and fit my feet comfortably. But they never did and I regret not having returned them. The leather is hard and coarse and does not stretch at all. They also feel too heavy for house slippers. It is not just this product, but in general the quality of materials of everybody's slippers seems to have deteriorated, and it has become increasingly difficult to find comfortable slippers that snugly fit your feet.
