Long Means Long!
I am 5’4” and this coat is very long. It was overwhelming. I returned it and purchased the slightly below the knee puffer long coat.

Best Winter Coat
The catalog called this the warmest coat. So true! It was 19 degrees this morning with a “real feel” of zero. I was never cold while I was out running errands. Thank you LL Bean!

Wearing a portable sleeping bag
This is 100% the best coat I have ever had. I am not sure what some other reviews are saying when they say this coat isn’t warm… it is larger so I would size down one size so it is more form fitting. That is what I did and it is SO WARM. The perfect coat for walking your dog or having to spend an unnecessary amount of time in frigid windy weather. I do wish there was one more snap below the one at the knees for added warmth, but even with the one it keeps the heat in!! I fear I will end up purchasing additional colors because of how much I love this coat. Soft fabric, cozy and plush warm down that hugs you with a plush hood that sits just right. I also get compliments on it every time I wear it in public!!

Great warm coat!
Love this coat! I wore this coat all through Europe in temperatures about 32 degrees. I like the fact that it has a bottom button to keep the air out. Color was blue.Dont hesitate to buy this great coat!

Gorgeous Coat!
Gorgeous, warm, high quality coat. The pine green is a beautiful color and I receive many compliments when wearing it. It is a replacement for the same coat in brown (now fifteen years old and still going strong, but now retired for outdoor tasks). I looked at this coat in green for five years and finally got it. I am very happy I did!

Nice and lightweight but not that warm
It's a comfortable fitting coat and love that it's long but for stating that it's "ultrawarm" I thought it would really be the warmest coat I own. It isn't. I have to layer up underneath and it's only like 30-40 degrees. A breeze comes up from the bottom. For the price I expected it to be way warmer though. Im keeping it for now but really wish it kept me warmer.

I'm 5 ft 6 in and the size large coat came down to my ankles. It would be helpful to show average height models and the actual fit/length of the coat. Also, the material appeared to be thin but it still could be warm-I just didn't test it out in the winter cold.

I received this coat today. I ordered a large petite. The coat is described as mid-calf. I am 5'3", as tall as a petite can be. The coat is down to an inch above my ankles. I am so disappointed. The coat must be returned. Your questions want preprinted answer do not include petite.
