Sometimes Hard to Fit from
Iron Blue Fits Differently (Better) than Brown
Ordered these in Iron Blue, size PXL, because I needed that color and it was on sale. Was so thrilled with the fit and feel of them that immediately ordered another pair in the Iron Blue, PXL. Honestly, they feel so good that I did not want to take them off, and I wanted to rate them 5-stars! My sometimes achy knees stopped hurting, and wearing these pants is the only thing that I've done differently. I promptly ordered another pair in brown, PXL, and am a little displeased that there is a difference between the brown and the iron blue. The difference is relatively minor, so I'll probably keep the brown because they essentially fit ok, but it's annoying enough to write about it. The brown leggings have a much wider leg in the calf area, while still having a close-fitting opening at the base of the legging. I don't have big calves or curvy calves, so I don't fill them out and they look odd. The iron blue leggings fit my calves perfectly and look great, and I don't know why there is a difference. I may keep them anyway and wear them just as an under-layer. but it's annoying that a full-priced item is either stretched out or has been constructed that way. I wanted to rate the brown leggings 3 stars. I settled on 4 stars, but I won't be ordering any more colors because I can't trust the fit. Love the pockets too.

POOR FIT
I thought these ran small. I ordered my typical size XS and they were hard to pull on and felt too squeezy and snug. I’m a size 2. They should have been comfortable. I returned them.

Length of leggings
I usually love LL Bean leggings because I can get a longer length plus the quality is very good. I was disappointed in my most recent purchase of these leggings. Quality seems fine but the length for a M/Tall seems to have shrunk by an inch. I know that doesn’t seem like much unless you’re tall and I’m only 5’8”. I’ve kept them but feel like I’m always pulling them down.

They keep sliding down!
The material is high-quality, but the fit is terrible. They constantly slide down, during runs, walks, even just moving around. I tried giving them multiple chances, but they’re uncomfortable and I can’t find any situation where they actually work. Pretty disappointed.
