Great coat for chilly days!
This is a great coat! It is cozy warm, but not bulky. It looks stylish when running errands or walking the dog. It is long enough to cover tunic type tops and loose enough to wear over sweaters. I like the snap closure and that the collar can stand up for extra coverage on a windy day. I’m really happy I purchased this coat!

Dressy coat in black
I am very pleased with this coat. It is warm and comfortable. The style looks dressy, and I am thankful that I read the reviews on this product and ordered a size larger. I can wear a sweater or thin sweat shirt under the coat along with my blouse when the weather is really cold. This is a great coat to wear when shopping or going out to lunch with friends and even to dress up.This coat is just what one needs to wear in SC during the winter.

Perfect fit
The quality of Bean really stands out with this coat. I tried many other fleece options, and this one is more tailored than the others. I love the length and weight of this jacket. It’s the perfect car coat.

Disappointed
not what it appeared to be online. Our family has several different LL Bean fleeces. This one did not feel plush and cozy at all. Fabric was stiff and coarse. Also dimensions of coat were very strange. Body of the coat was enormous while arms were very tiny. I bought a size large because I wanted room underneath for layering. Body of coat seemed to be extra large while sleeves appeared to be a small (for tops I mostly wear mediums). I have really wanted a longer fleece that would cover my hips because I don't like how cold my lower body gets with shorter jackets (have a great coat for really cold weather but wanted a mid weight one) but i guess I will have to keep looking.
