Our classic casual coat is easy to move in and layer under. With little touches like inverted pleats and buttoned patch pockets it's no surprise this coat continues to be a customer favorite, year after year. Inspired by our iconic Field Coat (originally named Maine Duck Hunting Coat), first introduced in 1924.

This coat is just what I was looking for it is made well looks and the fit is spot on very classy looking to me it is the perfect coat don’t hesitate to purchase it you will be glad you did very lot of structure to it not flimsy love it!!

Sizing way off!
This cost is ginormous on me. I ordered a size small, which is my usual size, but it fits like a large, even with a chunky turtleneck sweater ubderneath. It’s so big I think even the extra small will be huge. I’m 5’5’ 118lbs athletic build. I also wasn’t a fan of the location of the pockets, they’re awkwardly placed so it’s difficult to put your hands in the pockets for warmth.

This is a great coat!
I bought this coat many years ago and outgrew it. I bought another one a year or so ago. I love the green color. It is comfortable, easy to layer and has a lot of pockets. I hope they keep this coat in stock forever!

Runs large!
I love this coat - the color is beautiful & the flannel lining is warm without adding bulk. However, I wish I would have read all the reviews before ordering because sizes run large. I purchased a small & was swimming in the coat. The sleeves & body are huge so beware when ordering. Exchanging for a size smaller because it's a really nice, versatile jacket.

Great coat!
Love this coat, however I ordered a M which is my regular size and I thought it runs big. I’m keeping it, I will be able to get a sweater under it for sure.
