After more than two years, more than 75 testers and a close partnership with flannel experts at our mill in Portugal, we developed an exclusive process that removes fibers from the surface of the fabric to create a remarkably soft and velvety finish. The result is the most pill-resistant flannel pillowcases we've ever tested, unmatched in comfort and durability.

Love the sheet sets and cases. Have them on every bed. The pillow cases are a bit slim for today’s fluffy pillows. They fit, but fit so snuggly that it compresses the fluffiness of your pillow. Just a little more width in cases would be nice.

Flannel sheets and pillow cases
LL Bean’s flannel sheets are excellent. Yes, they are more expensive than winter sheets made of thin, cotton-synthetic blends. LL Bean’s flannel sheets are plush, comfy, and will last for many years. My summer sheets are also by LL Bean. I’m very pleased with them all.
