The sides and shape are substantial and the gray & white, almost heathered-color hides dirt & hair. Our 8 yr old pup is happy to sleep in his pampered pup bed

LOVE this dog bed we bought 2 of these for our sweet girls...one is a petite female boxer, the other is a Frenchy-Pitty mix and they both sleep in one of them lol...they absolutely love it and look like they are sleeping on a cloud...pretty lucky girls! I guess we have an extra for when they wear that one out :)

I took it to the store and was able to replace it with another bed that ALSO had a defective zipper. I decided to forego any more replacements, and though my dogs aren’t especially tough on the bed, it’s already developed a hole in the fabric. There are identical donut beds on the market for less than half the price of this one. I’ll never buy a bed from LL Bean again. Lesson learned!
