Sizing issue
Ordered the same size my husband always wears, but these were way too small in the waist, he could not even button them. Definitely smaller than marked.

Double L Chinos, comfortable waist.
My husband liked these but felt the fabric was slightly stiff. Legs are wide. These chinos do wash well and are a good mid color not too light.

Tightly sewn waist button, difficult to unbutton
The tightly sewn on button at the waist makes it impossible to easily unbutton the slacks. LL Bean should consider using a high quality riveted fastener instead of a sewn button at the waist. Otherwise, the slacks are perfect, but unusable due to this simple defect that could easily be changed. Thank you.

Need tall size - 36" inseam
Love the soft feel and extra room through the hip and thigh. Even though I am a slim man, I like a bit looser fit so I can move. And it looks better :)
I have long worn 36x36 pants but have occasionally found 34 length that was long enough, so I figured I'd give these a shot. I like my pants to fit on the long side so, alas, they were too short for me. Just barely!
Since we're talking about fit I'll mention that the waist was smaller than a my 36 waist pants usually fit. I usually wear a belt but didn't probably have to with these Bean pants.
