Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sadly disappointed I bought this to replace an older LL Bean down sweater, which is no longer available. Sadly it contains no down at all and is not as warm. I’m very disappointed and can’t help to feel I’ve been deceived. I have always turned to LL Bean for all of mine and my wife’s jackets. Now I think the quality is questionable and the prices have gone way up. Seriously considering returning this and reconsidering keeping my LL Bean card, since I can only redeem the bean bucks at Bean.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Adequate Best feature this jacket is lightweight. How it will be in sub-zero not sure yet. Worst feature, zipper difficult to close. Has large pocket to store hat and gloves. Outside cell pocket is also a big plus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks good; need more time to complete review Visual inspection says this is a fine coat. When it gets really cold, I will find out if it keeps me warm. Stay tuned.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality made and warm You can immediately tell that this jacket is of good quality both in materials and craftsmanship. I love this jacket and the down insulation make it super warm. Very happy with the purchase as my first LLB jacket!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extra warm This is the second jacket of this type I have purchased. It is very warm and easy to wear. Very light and warm. The only reason I purchased the second one was because of weight loss and I was very satisfied with my first jacket.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Front zipper broken. I bought this jacket in Jan. 2021. After pretty light wear, in March 2024 the front zipper started to pop open. Self repair doesn't help. Repair estimates are $150-220 to replace worn teeth. Pretty expensive garment for a couple of years of light use.
