Waterfowl sweater is fantastic! I love it! Old school. Great quality, Don't be afraid to stick to your roots, there's a market for it.

Cozy AND stylish
My husband has been living in this sweater since we got it. Beautiful, soft, warm, perfect for the weather we've been having. Layered with the 1924 Field Coat it's keeping him comfortably warm down into the high 20s low 30s. The only thing he's wishing for is a full-zip version vs the pullover.

Awesome
Another quality product/sweater from L.L. Bean. Ever since I was a teenager I've been impressed with L.L. Bean products. I really love their wool sweaters

Seems good so far
I debated returning this when I first received the sweater in the mail but I’m overall satisfied now. Here are a few points from my experience. There was a loosely sewn thread in the chest area that I had to push in so that it wasn’t visible. For a product of this price it’s a minor defect but still a bit disappointing. I’m about 5’7” and 160 lbs. I ordered a small and thought it was a bit baggy at first. However after handwashing and allowing to air dry, it shrunk a bit and now it fits perfectly. I see some complaints about the fabric being itchy on the skin. That is definitely th case but I think that improves if you wash it and apply hair conditioner. The collar area is also pretty stiff out the box but that also gets taken care of with a proper wash.

Awesome sweatshirt
Most comfortable sweatshirt I own now, this is great. It is thick and very warm yet also breathable enough to wear indoors. Well worth the price!

Waterfowl sweater is very warm.
This heavyweight sweater keeps me warm on dog walks in freezing weather. When the temperatures drop into the single digits, I put a synthetic insulated jacket over the sweater. Wool keeps one warm in cold weather.
