Top notch slippers
These are most definitely top notch slippers. I bought a pair for my husband sooo many years ago and they look absolutely perfect on the outside, but they finally began to seem a little worn on the inside so I bought him another pair for Christmas. I was so happy to see that the quality is exactly as it was Top Notch so many things are not what they used to be.

Year to year slippers
My mother always have my son ( he grandson)slippers for Christmas. I promised her that I would continue this tradition after she passed. My son loves this slippers from LL Bean. He says they are comfortable in and put of the house. In fact, when he gets his new slippers from Oma each year, his previous pair still have plenty of life in them because of how well they are constructed. I will find a way to always see that LL Bean slippers are part of our tradition.

Not the same!
I’ve been buying LL Bean moccasins for more than 30 years. These new ones are much harder to slip into. The soles are not as substantial. The olde ones were unlined, which I preferred. And the little white labels, advertising LL Bean are not attractive.
