Very soft. However- the waist band folds under and is difficult to lay flat. For the money- this should not be an issue.

Unfortunately not for me
I wasn't sure of the size, so I bought the XS Regular and the S Regular. I'm 5 ft, 2 inches and 118 lbs. The XS was too snug and the waist on the S was off, a little big with a gap in the back. And even though they're mostly cotton, they just didn't feel like sweatpants.
