It was about the length
I much prefer the fit and style of the Perfect Fit Straight Leg pants but decided to try these because of the 29" inseam. And the are indeed the right length for me. But they are too full and bunchy through. I wish you offered the straight leg style in a short. The petite is slightly shorter than I like and the regular is too long, so I hem them, and they look like I hemmed them. I decided to keep these with the tapered leg but won't be buying them again because of the fit. Still searching for jeans with a 29" inseam.

Comfortable and durable
These jeans are the most comfortable and durable ones that I have ever owned. After many, many years of continuous use I finally had to throw the old ones out as they were literally falling apart at the seams. Hopefully the new ones will last as long as the old ones did. Thank you L L Bean!

Super comfortable jeans
Very comfortable! Sweat pants have met their rival. The pockets are actually deep enough to be useful and not just decorative. I only wish they had back pockets. You might consider ordering a size down if you like a more snug fit because they are so stretchy.

Too big...again
Bought these because the other pair I got was too big. All I want is the classic fit jeans I have purchased for years. They are no more. Sad. Size 6 petite is not the same.
