Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unexpected, unacceptable shrinkage Out of normally stellar reviews for all things Bean for decades, I’m very disappointed with this blanket. Laundered exactly according to directions and the shrinkage is massive. No longer hangs on our king bed, just barely covers the top area of the mattress. What’s worse is that it shrunk unevenly and now looks very sloppy on the bed because it can’t be smoothed to lie flat. Other than that, I really like the color and weave. I’m willing to put up with it since wool is a wonderful, natural fabric and resource.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Washable Wool Blanket We needed to replace an older wool blanket and ordered the Washable Wool Herringbone King sized blanket. This blanket is very soft and the color and texture fits nice with our brown toned bed. We haven't had it long enough to try to wash it, but being washable is one of the reasons we selected it. So far it is great and would recommend it for anyone needing a similar blanket.
