WARNING!!! Plastic pieces in pant legs
I loved the pants but noticed on both pairs that I purchased there were plastic pieces that came from each pant leg - They are pieces that are small enough someone may not notice them as they fall to the floor. They pose a choking hazard to young children and animals. They also pose a slipping hazard to anyone who steps on them. Please warn your customers. I would have posted this notice sooner, but was unable to try on the pants due to my fractured leg.

Favorite pant
My favorite LL Bean pant. Great for everyday, hiking, travel, etc. Very lightweight, so it's excellent for hot weather. Would recommend. I have 4 pairs, different colors. Wish LL Bean would bring the lined version of these back in stock, would be great for wintertime in the North.

Defective
I just bought some of these pants and I was so excited to use them for an upcoming trip. I specifically ordered them because the sizing said medium tall, which was supposed to have an inseam of 33 inches. When they arrived, they all had an inseam of only 31 inches. They looked like flood pants on me. This left me in a bit of a difficult spot because I now have no trekking pants for my trip. Anyway, I returned them to the store and received a refund. Other than not being able to trust the sizing, they seemed like nice pants.

Why discontinued?
Great pants. Perfect fit. Why are they no longer available? I hate that they are being discontinued. I’ve tried other LLBean pants and they just don’t fit well. The stretch in these pants was perfect.

Perfect for everyday wear!
These pants are so comfortable and look great too! They fit great and living in a climate where even the cooler mornings end up being warm these are perfect. They keep me covered but are light enough to keep me from getting hot! At my age that is possible any day so these are perfect for when you are layering and don’t want to get overheated! Also great to wear out, relaxing, traveling, while playing with grandchildren, or going to sporting events! Can be dressed up pr down! At 5’9” the M/T was just the right length. I am 170 and bought a size 12. Going to buy another pair!

Perfect light weight pants
I love these light weight pants for casual wear and for fishing and kayaking. Perfect year round in our coastal South Carolina climate. Fit is spot on and the LL Besn quality is great.

My favorite pant
Since I discovered these, I now have 4 pair and they are my favorite pant. Look nice, comfortable for casual outings or summer outdoor activities like hiking, and lightweight. UPF 50+ fabric is a plus. Great for travel. Wash well, I usually dry them 5-10 minutes in the dryer to get out any wrinkles and hang them to dry the rest of the way. Petite Size 2 fits perfectly. In other brands I usually am a Petite Size 4. Highly recommend.
