Cute, but crunchy!
This duvet cover seems to be of good quality, and the pattern is simple, but cute. However, we are not happy with the “crunchiness” of the material. This is our 3rd duvet cover from LLbean and this one is definitely a different type of material. It always looks wrinkled and it is noisy/crunchy sounding when you move around in bed. Our other LLbean duvet covers are softer, quiet and smooth. Just hoping that perhaps with many washings, it might get softer?

Love this Comforter cover!
I love this comforter cover! I got it to use both in the winter, with my down comforter inside, and also in the summer, by itself. It is really nice looking and I am very pleased! It also washes well.

Was great until it ripped
Despite gentle use and only having it a few months, the duvet cover ripped (not even along the seam). I have no idea how this happened, but I was disappointed considering the price point. I was also disappointed in the customer service from LL Bean when I let them know of the tear. They offered a refund, but would charge me return shipping, which I could ask the third party contracted to do the shipping for a refund, if they determine that the item was defective. I do not want to pay for return shipping or deal with a third party, and I wish LL Bean could have provided a better option.
The design is nice and it is soft, but I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m sure there are better options at this price point.
