The pillow has no odor, is attractive, and fits nicely in the LL Bean pillow protector I bought to go with it. The width of the pillow is the same width as the Bean pillowcases we usually use, though, so our usual pillowcases are too tight around this pillow. We put an old, larger non-Bean pillowcase that I got from my grandmother on the pillow. Now the pillow can move and relax some when my husband rests his head on it. Although this is a nice pillow, when I need a new pillow, I'll look for a smaller one.

Decided to try Bean's down pillow. There was a bit of a wait, but it was completely worth the wait. Just had the best night's sleep that I've had in a very long time. Great pillow and for me it is totally worth the price. I look forward to years of peaceful sleep with this pillow,

It is soft, not hot to sleep on and supports your head. I do need to put it on top of another pillow to get the height I want.
