Our heaviest-weight flannel. Made of thick chamois fabric that's warmer than ordinary flannel, it's a shirt, light jacket and essential layer all in one.
When our founder, Leon Leonwood Bean, developed this shirt more than 90 years ago, durability was the goal. Then as now, the 100% cotton shirt is brushed for exceptional softness and warmth. Very large shirt
This shirt was a different plaid than my husband usually wears. I bought him a men's regular medium and I think this shirt was marked incorrectly. It is HUGE! The sleeves are too long, the shoulders are too wide and he could probably wear it for a dress. I guess I'll have to throw it in the dryer multiple times and wash it on hot to see if I can shrink it.
