This exclusive flannel shirt is woven just for us by true artisans in Portugal. These expert craftspeople meticulously brush our Scotch Plaid fabric eight times on each side to create a long-lasting material with that distinctive smooth and cozy feel. But that doesn't automatically make it plush enough. It still needs to pass the "touch test." Only a master weaver can declare it soft enough.

Lve these plaid shirts
This is my 3rd scotch plaid shirt. Love the plaids! I am a petite S and wear it over a t shirt. The older ones wash beautifully and look great after several years.

Warm and Comfortable
My 8 year old fleece is finally starting to wear out so I purchased this as a replacement. It’s warm and comfortable. Really nice fleece. It does shrink up in the dryer so beware if you on in between sizes. Would be more comfortable if I had sized up.

Love this shirt!!!
I love this shirt!!! I love the pattern and that I can order it in a tall size for a little extra arm length and it gives me a bit more room across my shoulders. It is comfortable on it’s on or layered over another shirt. It is my go-to for cooler weather!

Inconsistent
I love LL Bean relaxed fit flannel shirts. I have several. I’ve noticed an inconsistency in the sizing though, sometimes depending on the pattern. A new thing is the arms have gotten tighter. LLBean, please realize that some women have muscles, not twig arms.
