This exclusive flannel shirt is woven just for us by true artisans in Portugal. These expert craftspeople meticulously brush our Scotch Plaid fabric eight times on each side to create a long-lasting material with that distinctive smooth and cozy feel. But that doesn't automatically make it plush enough. It still needs to pass the "touch test." Only a master weaver can declare it soft enough.

Please bring back Petite XXS!
I ordered two Petite XS shirts and they turned out to be HUGE on me. (I'm 5.7 feet and weigh 120 pounds.) Please bring back the Petite XXS size in this shirt, L.L. Bean. I also found the flannel to be very thin, and the colours to be far more drab in person than pictured online. Both shirts are both going back and I am extremely disappointed!

Tall Works For Me
The Scotch Plaid Flannel Shirt, relaxed fit now has added a tall size. I have always ordered the medium regular, but decided to try the tall. Perfect fit! Love the Antique Royal Stewart design!

Perfect fit and good quality
Medium/petite on me was perfect. More of a thinner flannel so not hot. Roomy and perfect for a casual work shirt. The quality is very nice, the plaid so pretty. I will be ordering a couple more in different colors. Very happy!

Another wonderful flannel from LL Bean!
I love all my flannel shirts from LL Bean and this is no exception. It is snuggly soft and warm, just in time for autumn and winter in NYC. It fits true to size, and the Petite XS is perfect for me at 5’1”and just a smidge under a hundred lbs. I especially love the attention to detail and craftsmanship that goes into seeing to it that the plaid lines up properly. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Another good job LL Bean!
