These expert craftspeople meticulously brush our Scotch Plaid fabric eight times on each side to create a long-lasting material with that distinctive smooth and cozy feel. But that doesn't automatically make it plush enough. It still needs to pass the "touch test." Only a master weaver can declare it soft enough.

Good Quality, Good Fit
I bought two flannel shirts for my daughters who are in their 40s. Good fit, good quality and great color. I always buy a size larger so they can layer underneath. These are shirts that wear and wash well, and don’t go out of style!

You can not have too many plaid flannel shirts
I love wearing a flannel shirt over turtlenecks or other long sleeved tops during the 3 seasons when it can be a little chilly. This purchase was an early Christmas gift for myself. It's a petite, which is important if you find sleeves too long or shoulders too wide in regular shirts. The flannel is very soft to the touch. Wash in cool water and line dry to avoid shrinkage. I highly recommend LLBean ladies flannel shirts.
