This exclusive flannel shirt is woven just for us by true artisans in Portugal. These expert craftspeople meticulously brush our Scotch Plaid fabric eight times on each side to create a long-lasting material with that distinctive smooth and cozy feel. But that doesn't automatically make it plush enough. It still needs to pass the "touch test." Only a master weaver can declare it soft enough.

PILLING Very disappointed In Flannel Quality
I bought the Washed MacNeil and love plaid pattern and colors. However, ordered tall and glad I did because I am just 5'3 & this shirt falls to bottom of jeans back pocket which is perfect. Sleeves & shoulder area in xs were slightly too big so washed in hot and dried in dryer and perfect fit now but PILLING ALL OVER! So upset. Even my Old Navy flannel beats this flannel by miles. Same thickness but Old Navy NO pilling!

Higher Price Thiner Flannel
This is the highest price I’ve ever paid for this shirt and the fabric is noticeably thinner than the same shirt I bought last year in different plaid. I’m very disappointed and will think again before ordering next year

Perfect fit, and true to size.
The flannel shirt is comfortable and warm. The plaids are well matched, so the lines look nice. The colors are a bit muted, but that is one of the reasons I purchased this shirt.
