Don’t Hold Up
I bought these slippers as a birthday gift for my a sister In law last year for her birthday.
She only wears them in her apartment but they got beat up pretty fast. Fabric pilling horribly and insides wearing out very quickly. She is unhappy with them.
I sent a few pictures via email to LL Bean hoping they could replace them without her having to physically send them back but they wouldn’t honor it. I don’t want her to have to do that and she’s not close by.
I’m really not happy about this. Too bad.
