hard soles
bought these wicked good slippers and thought they would last a long time. I was wrong , the souls got very hard and slippery and both cracked making them useless. I'm originally from mass and have been to their stores many times. I expected more from l.l. bean. Will not buy anything from them again. Quality not there anymore.

Nice slippers
Warm & comfortable with good traction on bare floors. I gave them 4 stars because the laces easily come untied and often need re-tying.
