Growing in size
Ordered the same shirt a couple years ago and this large is at least half a size larger than the previous. Will really nuke it in the dryer to see if I can get the same fit because it's otherwise a really nice shirt.

good quality, massively oversized
The shirt seems to be of good quality. The material feels good, I imagine it would feel even softer after a couple of washes. Nice big buttons that look good. But this shirt is massive. I have no clue how this is called a slim fit. I am 6'1, 210 lbs, decent shape but I still have a little extra around the midsection and I am swimming in this in the body. This would be a relaxed fit at best, and then a little large still.

Bean's best chamois shirt
I've been wearing Bean chamois shirts for a long time, but I have to say the 1933 version is the nicest. Not only are the buttons attractive and high quality, but the fit is less boxy than their traditional chamois shirt. I think there's a slight amount of stretch but not an excessive amount. I am 63 yo, 5'9" and 160 lbs. The medium shirt fits well. Nice color too.

Flannel half-fabulous
I am shocked by the quality of these men shirts. I have large arms due to edema. So I often cannot find women's plus size shirts accommodating my arms width and the length for the shirts. I tend to buy men's solid color flannel shirts for the cold winter season. They are honestly more comfortable than the women's plus size! But this time around, they are snug fitting! And the flannel is not as plush and thick. The last time I brought this shirt was in 1999(?) and it had ample amount of material and quality was thick and supple. Not any more. 😢

Poor Quality, Chamois fabric
After only two days of wear, the “chamois” is all pilled and showing bare spots leaving the weave of the fabric showing through.
