As a mediuum to small woman, I got the men's small and it fits well (if I unsnap the bottom snaps), Very comfortable as an over shirt.

Decline in quality
I’ve been wearing these shirts for years. This is not the same shirt. The cut is skimpier. The quality just doesn’t seem as good.
