replaces a cane
I have been using a cane due to a bad hip. However, on some of the more rugged trails that I hike, I have found these poles to be more helpful. The brackets to hold the tubes in place are excellent and the grips are quite comfortable. Even the straps adjust well and then stay in place after adjustment. Lightweight and shrinks to a nice compact size.
