Cannot figure out how to position straw nor how to drink without straw without soaking the front of my clothing...extremely disappointed...came without instructions/illustrations in a plain unmarked whitebox -felt this was a generic model sold everywhere and just had the LLB logo stamped on surface...so disappointed...
