As a bald guy in Chicago - I will oftentimes wear my beanies like a wig... all day, every day. The cotton beanie is fantastically comfortable, and it fits my head perfectly. When I have a freshly-shaved dome - many synthetic or wool beanies will stick when pulling on and off. The cotton eliminates that problem. When pulled all the way down, it covers my ears. If I want to wear it above the ears - the hat doesn't sit on the top of my head like a reservoir tip. I came back to pick up the olive color, and alas it has sold out. This is a solid beanie. Don't sleep on this one.

The perfect all cotton beanie. Despite the drying instructions, I found that it does quite well coming out of the dryer.

Handsome 100% Cotton Hat
My husband looks so handsome in these hats! Even more important, 100% cotton is a very safe and healthy material. My husband said the hat fits snugly, but not too tight. He also said it warms his bald head just right!
We strongly recommend L.L. Bean offer more colors for this product as it is extremely hard to find 100% cotton beanies. Organic cotton is the preferred material. Thanks for another great product, L.L. Bean!

Great Beanie for Larger Heads
Definitely higher quality than other clothing bought from LLBean, the 100% cotton is a welcome change from the poly mixes. I have a decent sized head and it feels a bit large on me, take that into consideration.

Grateful for cotton
Many thanks for offering a heavy cotton beanie. Merino and acrylic are ok for warmth, but find them irritating to my skin. It’s named a men’s hat, but who cares if I’m not scratching my head. I sure do like the Signature items I have tried.
