Very nice looking shirt
I am happy that I bought this shirt. It is different from all the other shirts I own and I wanted something different. I like the material and how nice and neat the shirt looks. It's quite cold here now, so I wore this shirt with an LLBean long sleeve tee underneath and they made a great pair. I went to town and people who saw the shirt at the hair salon and the grocery store all said they liked the shirt, too. I tucked the tee into my slacks and wore this shirt out of my slacks. It made for a nice outfit. Now I've ordered another one of these shirts to have another nice outfit!

Corduroy is back!
Very soft fabric, I usually wear Large and got a medium so I’m going to cold water wash because it fits perfectly now.

Just right casual for the winter
I bought this for a casual shirt to wear during the fall and winter, and so far have worn it a lot. It is roomy and comfortable, and washes well. I like that it is easy to slip on quickly without dealing with buttons all the way up and down the front. Also, if the weather is especially cold, it is roomy enough to easily accommodate a t-shirt underneath for an extra layer. A version of this shirt with a collar would be a nice addition to the LL Bean shirt line-up.

Pretty flannel shirt! Nice enough to wear to work
The front pockets are very wrinkled after washing and drying, that’s the only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars. Love it otherwise - so pretty.

A mixed bag . . .
On the positive side, this shirt is accurately described -- light-weight and roomy, a nice mid-season shirt for midwest autumns. I appreciate being able to wear a turtleneck shirt underneath on chilly days. On the other hand, I wasn't expecting a shirt that needs ironing to look presentable. The pocket flaps and neck binding, in particular, came out of the laundry looking rumpled. Granted, I'm used to pima cotton, which can be hand-smoothed out of the dryer and look great. I'll wear it around the house, but not when I want to be presentable in public. (I don't even own an iron!)
