Perfect Work Bag
The quality seems like it will last for decades. I can fit my lunch cooler bag, my cross-body bag, my 32 oz water bottle and my light jacket with room to spare. I like the inside laptop flap to keep my folder/papers neat. The outside pocket holds my badge, pocket calendar and cell phone. It is comfortable to carry over my shoulder. Highly recommend for nurses.

It's got issues...
I use this bag daily -I like the double handles and the size. It holds my laptop and a ton of other stuff. What I hate about it is that it has absolutely no structure, it's completely floppy and soft. I also don't like that the zipper does not completely close the bag. The padding for the laptop is only on one side, so there is nothing between the laptop and the outside of the bag except one thin layer of nylon. If you are looking to protect your laptop this bag only does half the job. It would make a good diaper bag or knitting bag I think. It is strong and holds a lot.

Not happy with this bag
I brought this tote bag on the plane and it fits under the seat. It held a small pocketbook, book, water bottle cosmetic bag and iPad. The problem is that the zipper is not attached to the side of the bag the way other LL Bean zip-top bags are made. Because of this, it is difficult to remove items and the end of the zipper twists. If I had noticed this, I would not have bought this bag.
