We used it to make these attractive lightweight pants that are ideal for both the field and for casual wear. They're versatile enough to wear every day.
- 70% recycled 11.5 oz. wool, 20% recycled polyester, 10% recycled nylon.
- Handwash and dry flat, or dry clean.
- Soft wool is quiet, naturally resists odor and is warm even when wet.

Great medium weight outdoor man pants
For a long time I have been looking for a medium to light weight outdoors man pant in wool. Nothing is better for outdoor activities when it is cool in the morning and warm in the afternoon. The possibility of getting wet means you need a fabric that will dry fast but still keep you warm when damp. These fill the bill.

Almost perfect
I own a pair of the thicker original Maine guide wool pants waist size 32 and they fit perfect. I ordered these thinking they would fit like my other pair. The lightweight wool pants do not have the elastic waist like the original. The 32’s are just slightly too tight and I know the 34’s would be way too baggy. Otherwise they are great pants.
