Great summer pant
Love these pants. They fit well, are lightweight and don’t wrinkle much when packed small. My only disappointment is the lack of summer colours. Where are the pinks, mauves and lighter blues?

Love these pants!
Great for summer wear - allows to moisture wicking when hiking, dry out fast after kayaking. They worked for me while I lost weight, and this last pair is my first down sized pair. This pair is a little different than my older ones which had the cargo pockets and a seam across the upper leg. The fit and fabric are still great, and removing the seam was a good idea (one more place for stitching to come loose). Highly recommend these pants, especially for outside activities.

Great light-weight summer pants.
I love these light-weight pants that work so well for summer, since I am not a 'shorts' gal anymore. They are comfortable, move great, never restrictive, and have flattering slim lines. Would love them in a khaki color. "I am 5'2" and the petite, small fit like it was made for me!

I bought these a month ago before a trip to Europe! They are so comfortable!!! My daughter in law told me about them as she brought them on a trip last year. I’m 5’1”. 150 lbs and the size M petite fits perfectly. I have another pair ordered..

Good, Could be Better
I purchased these because I have a similarly-styled pair from a few years back that (for the most part) I really enjoy wearing in the summer when I'm working outdoors. These are slightly different. They are comfortable and light when I'm moving around, but if it's hot and I'm sitting, the fabric sticks because it is 100% synthetic. (My other ones have some cotton in them.) The waistband is comfortable, but I know from experience that it will stretch out after several washings and become loose. Unfortunately, the drawstring on this pair is elastic instead of cotton so it is not of much use in tightening the waistband; I'm hoping this won't become a problem. Finally, I wish L.L. Bean designs would not be quite so tight in the crotch. These fit--just. Another inch would allow for freer movement. This is a problem I've encountered with several different pants in recent years. Never before.

These straight leg Vista Camp Pants are a little less casual than those I have with cargo
pockets or my slim fitted ones. The size Petite XS fits as well as the others also. I wear
these light weight pants in warm weather with sandals.

Poor quality
I bought these because I have always been pleased with the quality of Bean. Unfortunately, these pants ripped at seam after a few wearing. Very disappointing.
