Not exactly what I needed.
It's a nicely finsihed Henley and a lovely color. It felt a little too snug after washing, so it runs narrow. Also, I would not have purchased it if I had realized it was NOT 100% cotton.

Good investment
Well made top, good quality and keeps its shape. I've already put mine through the wash and the drier three times. Highly recommend.

This shirt lacks real cold weather functionality!
This is a decent as a fashion statement but lacks any real functionality for cold weather. It shrank about an 1 1/2” after a cool wash and delicate dry, and gets shabby looking after repeated use. Not what I’d expect for the price. When compared to the same style in the men’s thermal Henley, there is no comparison. My husband’s L.L. Bean thermal henley’s are MUCH thicker, they didn’t shrink, held their shape and all the colors are still brilliant after repeated use. It’s a VERY sad comparison. Why not make the women’s Henley with the same quality materials? If you want to offer a “Fashion Style Henley” too that’s your choice, but don’t promote this shirt as a PREMIUM THERMAL TOP WHEN ITS NOT! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Cozy and warm
Love the bean thermal tops. Just what is needed for an Upstate NY winter!
Fits true to size but does run a little short.

classic henley
I really love a good henley and this did not disappoint. The fabric is very substantial, a nice blend of cotton and poly thats soft and didnt shrink. The indigo heather color is a beautiful shade of blue and its TTS for my Bean size, which is a large. A solid purchase.

A Great Versatile Piece
I ended up buying this thermal shirt in all five colors---a real splurge, I know, but I like the versatility, the more substantial weight of the fabric, and the long placket that much. It's nice enough to wear alone, yet fitted enough to wear as a first layer. Black, light gray, and sailcloth are neutrals, of course, so they're easy to pair with long-sleeve, button-down shirts. The marsh brown goes perfectly with the new duck-print shirt shown with it online. The light indigo is just lovely. I think that I'll be more inclined to sometimes grab one of my L.L. Bean flannel shirts and a vest on a cold winter day, instead of always a wool sweater and a jacket, now that I have these thermals. I expect to get a lot of good use out of them.
