Why No Traditional Fit?
I bought and returned this shirt. The fabric is great and the color beautiful, but my correct size fit me like a barrel. The overall shape didn't seem like a smaller size would improve it. L.L.Bean has only one traditional fit all cotton flannel or chamois shirt for women, and it's lightweight. Meanwhile, there are a huge number of traditional fit all cotton men's flannel & chamois shirts in various weights. If L.L.Bean included an Extra Small size in mens I would have bought a couple. Eventually I found what I wanted, and payed a lot more, for three different weight women's flannel shirts from a Canadian business. I've been an L.L.Bean customer for decades, but the women's sizing and fabrics of today's offerings are disappointing. More natural fibers and traditional fits please.

Chamois Shirt Vintage Women's Plus
A nice jacket in eggplant but seems a bit stiff though soft. This is my first chamois jacket so perhaps it’s the fabric. I won’t buy a chamois item again.

Washing/drying routine worked; order another one.
Looks great with tees/turtlenecks. I was a little worried about the washing/drying. I washed with other clothes but put it on a hanger to dry while the other clothes were in the dryer. Then I put it in the drying on low while I was folding the other clothes. It came out really well. I like it so much that I just ordered the same Large, petite, in eggplant.
