best lunch bag, classic
Bought this for my son and getting another one for me. The clasp gets mixed reviews but we find it really easy if you just look at the instructions. If you "roll" the top just like a classic paper lunch bag and then click the clasp it keeps the cold or heat in wonderfully and looks great. The front pocket is perfectly sized for utensils. Easy to wipe clean especially if you turn inside out (note: don't put this in the washer/dryer it will melt, as we learned with our first one, oops). Plenty of space and easy carry on its own or in a backpack/bag. I love that it rolls all the way down so it can be smaller or larger as needed. No need to take up extra space in your backpack. LOVE!

Pretty good but no real insulation
I like it for what it is - a simple lunch bag with a simple, robust closure. Calling it insulated though is a bit of a stretch, it's very thin and doesn't keep anything cold for very long.

Not for people with arthritic hands
Returned item. The fabric was too stiff and the clasp too difficult to open with my arthritic hands. Very cute though. There’s probably a learning curve to opening and closing this lunch bag.
