Comfy and Warm
I have two dogs who are in/out all day tracking snow, mud slush. These are far better than thick (and now wet) socks as I wander about cleaning up after them, and the slippers are good for a quick trip to empty trash, etc. Very glad I bumped into these at the LL Bean store.

comfy... slipper? shoe?
Very comfortable and easy to put on. They're hard to categorize - is it a slipper? A weather-resistant shoe? I live in the snowy northeast (snowy as in many inches/feet from November until... whenever), and I've almost - mistakenly - worn these on trips to town, but I hesitate to wear them in potentially slushy conditions. And they're short enough that I don't want to wear them in deep snow.
So I mostly lean toward a slipper that I can wear outdoors where I've cleared snow. But I'm in a household that doesn't like "outdoor shoes" tracking stuff around. But they're a bit heavy and clunky to really be a great slipper. So there's that.

Great slippers

Warmest slippers I've ever owned
Got a pair for Christmas, and they're fantastic. I have a 1950's house with a cold slab foundation and these slippers are keeping my feet toasty warm. I wish they offered the men's in a boot top like the women's. The opening is a little tight and hard to slip on when new, but as the shearling compresses down I think it'll get easier and be fine
