Poor substitute sweat pants
I ordered these pants on the basis of Bean's website's recommended replacement for a pair of Bean sweat pants (#516194) I've long worn and loved, but which Bean no longer offers. The older pants are 91%cotton and 9% polyester; the substitute pants are predominantly polyester, slick and lighter-weight and providing less warmth, along with an unnecessary looseness at the knees and an unattractive pattern on the surface. All in all, a much inferior product than the #516194 pants.

Nice-looking pants.
Very good-looking pants. Comfortable and fit surprisingly well. Although these are for casual wear for, say, around-the-house wear I've worn them in public as well and they work well with pull-over tops that cover the waist drawstring.

Great Comfort
I bought these to replace my old old LL Bean sweater pants. Fit and finish are excellent and really comfortable. Only suggestion I would have is I wish they came in a style that has a zip up pant leg for getting over tennis shoes.
