I bought this for a hiking trip this summer, almost sent it back. The fit is different than other LL Bean pants that I have bought. The front pockets are too small and they pull because the fit is small. The fabric is very light and drapes strangely.
We'll see how they do in the summer heat.

I really like these pants.
I really like these pants. Wish they were available without the fold up at bottom of legs. But the weight of fabric is wonderful for these hot summer days. Petite and regular sizing and straight legs are great!

Light weight and comfortable
Great feel the fabric is light and breathable but warm when it needs to be. I love the beltloops and the ability to roll then up for a different look..my only complaint is the shallow front pockets, I will deal with that because there are two back pockets many L.LBean pants for hiking don't have 2 back pockets.size up 1 size!

Fabulous fabric!
The fabric is very light, soft and silky but not clingy. The design - so so. I have small waist/big hips so I size up. The waist is huge but the pants are still a bit tighter than I like across the butt. One rear pocket is zipped - all good. One rear pocket is open and it gaps unattractively. The tabs and buttons on the pant legs were removed before first wearing. Is this a feature people often use? Not a fan of the snap at the waist. Much prefer a button. All that said, I'm here ordering another pair. The fabric is that good! LLBean please use this fabric in additional styles! And please add gardening/landscaping and animal care to your use list.

Cool and comfortable
Love the fabric. This is my favorite blend, so light, hangs nicely, and the cinnamon color is just the shade I was looking for. But… the pockets are too shallow. I regularly carry a small jackknife and flashlight and they fall out often. If the pockets are redesigned I will be buying a couple more pairs.

Great fit and quality
These fit well. I love that they dry quickly if I am in rain. They are cool when it is hot and sufficiently warm to wear in winter. I have 3 pairs and wear them many days.
